Vanderford Air

Let first say that I had researched this company and I got 5 estimates before them. I read everything to the max and checked BBB and all the other websites that you can look up that had reviews. I chose this company because of their honesty. They did not trash the other Hvac companies I told them I talked to. Vanderford just told me the pros and cons of my units. David was my sales person and he was very detailed to the max and honest. I told him all the issues I was having and I was not satisfied with the repairs from previous companies. the other companies did not check what they were supposed to and when David came he was to the point and he has been the 1st man I have spoken to that was straight . He has been the only one that actually made a lick of sense. I am a hard core analyzer and I go and look over every detail. A lot of companies can not handle me because of my knowledge and blunt personality. I just want things to be done right just like anyone would want. David was not intimated by me and he understood and was very professional and helpful. He came out in a timely manner to come look at my a/c problems. he scheduled an appointment for an install on my air handler and condenser with in 2 days. Which is what I wanted and I felt like I was valued and was on good hands. I did not feel like I was taken advantage because I am a woman. Made me feel confident and worry free unlike other companies made me feel. This company Is dressed nice and very polite and courteous. Presentation is very important to me and if you just quote me over the phone, that is just unprofessional; and not accurate. Which David came out to look at my units and then gave me a quote and that is how it should be when conducting business. All my other quotes were over the phone which made me questionable so that is why I went with Vanderford air . They don't beat around the bush and walk all over you, I value that as a customer. When the team came out to install the condenser and air handler, they were respectful and polite and respected my questions. Any concerns I had they were of service. The gentleman's were on time and finished less than expected. I really enjoyed the outcome. They also explained to me how the switches worked and made sure things were done to my liking. The team even put down carpet to not ruin my floors, and cleaned up after themselves and did not leave dirty like others have done to me before. Any concern I had where quick to fix the problem and did not hesitate. I just love my new system compared to the trashy one I had. David himself came and inspected all the work his crew did and felt good about the job. They even put a wifi thermostat, never had one of those before. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. They also have the best warranties compares to other companies. From the very first day of meeting David, I felt positive that he was going to be the one I hire to do the job in my new home. He takes his time to do a thorough inspection. He also does not sell something you don't need. Finally, a company I can trust, I even felt like I was part of the family. I even tried to tell them how to do the job because I knew somethings and the guys did not even say anything negative in response. They just said to me that I am knowledgeable. That is good to know what I know. The guys felt at ease around me, as well as I felt the same about them. I am very picky and hard to deal with in my opinion, we got to have some fun and laugh and still got all the work done in time. Bottom line is that you need this company . this should be the company to work on your a/c. This company knows their stuff unlike others that will just walk over you and take your money. I really appreciate their service and they are officially my family .
