I will never do business with this company ever again. Made an appointment because I had a leak in my roof. No one showed up. Called the company and they said "Oh we cancelled the appointment. We forgot to call you. We may be able to get you next week". I was having major surgery the following, week, hence it was imperative to have the job done immediately. They could have cared less. If I could rate them a zero star, I would.

the crew that was sent to do my roof has to be the best people. worked as a team, cleaned up all the mess. we got lots of flowers none was hurt.. worked hard got the job done.. made my house look like a new home.. thank you vanderpool roofing.

This was the first time I had a roof replacement and was a bit uneasy as to how this project would go. First, my insurer, State Farm, put me in touch with Vanderpool. I received their quote and turned it in to the claims adjuster and he accepted it and even added a bit more for an outbuilding that I was not even considering. So KUDOS to the insurance company I had been with for over 60-years. But the best part was when VANDERPOOL employees started on my steep roof on the day they told me they would start. I was thinking 3-days or more but it was nothing like that. Day one they swarmed the roof like a hive of bees and had all the shingles off and started installing the new ones. They found one bad place in the plywood and repaired it good as new. The second day they finished the main house and the outbuilding. That was the best group of organized workers I have ever been around. Plus there was a lady in the group and she pulled her weight as good as the men. How they kept their position running around on that steep roof was just amazing to me but I saw how they used those foam cushions to keep their location without slipping. The finished roof looks great and my wife and I are very well pleased with the finished product plus their cleanup was very good and they even worked into the dark the first day getting a good path for us to get into the house. I would recommend VANDEROOL Roofing to any one who might need that service.

August 19 and 20 2019 Vanderpool Roofing put a new roof on for me. I have been trying since that date to get them to fix the drainage problems caused by the way the roof was put on. Water does not get to the drain pipes and just comes down over the gutters. It is ruining my foundation. I have called every few weeks always getting a promise to call me back with a time they can come and fix the problem. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COPANY. I watch their adds on tv . They can take on new jobs but can't find the time to fix my problems. The roof was very expensive. Maybe it is because I am an elderly woman that they don't mind taking advantage. Now I will have to pay another company additional money to get this serious problem fixed. They say they are just too busy to come fix my problem. I have been trying now for almost 2 yrs calling them over and over again to get them to repair what they did to my roof. Each time I call they promise to call me right back.

They were very professional, fast, & cleaned up very well. Took care to make sure the job was done correctly. Thank you for a job well done.

The showed up when promised and did a thorough inspection and estimate on a roof leak repair. The crew came when promised and did an excellent repair.
