    Install fountain and pavers in courtyard
    $11,000

    I had them install a fountain about 8 weeks ago about a month ago I noticed that the fountain was not level I have called several times to have someone come out and take a look and no one has gotten back to me very disappointing

    My neighbor behind us uses Vantage Concepts for yard maintenance. I noticed that they were blowing the leaves into our yard so I spoke to the gardener and he told me to call the company since he's just doing his job. When I called the company and asked the receptionist (OPA) to see if the owners (DARREN GUY GAGNON, TIMOTHY DANIEL KALKOWSKI, RANDY DEAN NETSKI - MANAGING MEMBERS) can do something about it so that we don't have to file a complaint with the Summerlin West HOA which will affect the owner of the house, they told us to go ahead and file a complaint with the HOA. This company does not care about their customers at all. I would not do business with them.

    Actually I was trying to find their e-mail address. These guys may be the best contractors to ever serve any of my houses. I have been delaying some improvements that would diminish my need from them because they are so darn good.
