Hired this contractor to repave my driveway after being convinced to get the work done (contractor was working on other homes in my neigborhood). Due to poor workmanship, I am now dealing with water damage to my property as a result of poor leveling of the asphalt. I have made the contractor aware of these issues and have been told on numerous occassions via telephone conversations that they would come out to fix the issues but it has been no show after no show. I paid them in full when the work was completed and was guranteed 10 years warranty which they have not kept their word on per the signed contract. This company has shady practices - after being told several times that I could pay however I wanted the contractor then said only cash or check would be an acceptable form of payment. After speaking to my neighbor who also had the same work completed, I learn that after the neighbor stated that getting the work done was out of their budget the contractor offered to take payment with a credit card.

I have also been apparently scammed by Vantage Paving. The driveway is an absolute mess. They told me twice they would come back to fix it, admitting it needed to be entirely redone. They then appeared to block me. They never even came back to inspect it. Unfortunately this was a scam but I fell for it because a neighbor used them. The neighbor isn't entirely satisfied either and will be calling someone else to seal their driveway, but my finished product is much worse than their's unfortunately. I will be trying to seek damages through a lawyer.
