Variety construction put a new roof on my mobile home and front porch I contacted them when the roof started leaking. After my 3rd call he agreed to send someone out. His employee stated that the flashing was not done correctly. When I called to find out when someone would be coming to fix the problem, he told me that the warranty does not transfer. The house and property have not changed hands.That is the last I heard from Bill Walls or anyone else from variety.
