Bill Varney Sr. talked a great game and had bogus referrences to make himself look good. Once hired and funds were given to begin work, he turned into a completely different person that demonstrated a lack of experience and professionalism. Bill Varney struggled with understanding simple blueprints and on the days when he did show up, a total lack of respect for himself, his crew, and his clients. The only consistent thing about Bill was his blatant disregard for our home, his work, not showing up, bringing inexperienced crew, and out right lies. His ability to ignore a written contract is astounding. Beware!
