    Vartan is an excellent homebuilder with great personal touch and commitment.
    We were looking at options for our house and within 24 hours of having a conversation with him, the electricians and contractors were on the job.
    When we did the final home inspection, the person inspecting commented that the quality of finished work was some of the best he had ever seen.

    For the quality of work and speed of responsiveness I would rate him among the very best!
