Plants we purchased disappeared, work that was promised never happened. We arranged a monthly service agreement, they showed up twice. Did not respond to multiple phone calls and emails about these and other issues. They also damaged our landscaping lighting system.

Our experience with VASS Landscaping has not been a good one. After coming recommended via Facebook and coming across professional in our first few face to face meetings we hired VASS for landscaping maintenance and irrigation work. There were too many issues to list out here but suffice to say the company provided us with terrible customer service and sub-par work. Some of the work listed in our contract was never even completed at all. We have been incredibly frustrated trying to get VASS to finish the job let alone answer our calls or emails. We would not recommend this company to anyone and wish we had made different decisions for our landscaping needs.

VASS landscaping is awful. As with other reviewers I would concur as to sub par work. Multiple "no shows" for appointments set, unanswered texts (used at Vincent's request vs phone calls). Workers who barely spoke English. Took forever to get dead plants replaced. Refused to replace some plants, stating they would "come back in the spring". Deplorable customer service. I can't tell you how many personal appointments I changed because of Vincent saying he would be at my house to do the work. I would not recommend him or his workers or his business to ANYONE. I spent thousands of dollars for my landscaping. Totally NOT satisfied.
