The work was not professional in many ways. They were beyond messy around brand new door & screen, the floating wood floor being installed had a pencil left under it causing a big lump that need to be removed. The gaps at the walls were too big and flooring needed to be redone in a couple of areas. There was even one board installed that had a saw cut at least 2 inches long right in the middle and they still used it. The transition strips at the doorways to the kitchen we put down with old putty, not glue. He joked saying it must have been old stuff from the truck! The stair treads were not installed right and where loose from day 1. It literally broke into pieces when it was walked on. I called Joey back to fix them and his suggestion was to put SCREWS into them. Seriously! Worst of all, when I had him back to discuss how they can fix all of the issues he was rolling his eyes, like I was being picky. I paid him several thousand dollars and I'm being picky over all of these issues... Do not use them!

We have used Vastino Custom Renovations for years and have always been extremely pleased with the work Joey has done! They’ve remodeled our bathrooms, put a new front portico on our house and also just completed our kitchen remodel. They have always been thorough, friendly, and meticulous with their work. Very reasonably priced too. HIGHLY recommend.
