The owners/builders are not kind, polite, or even professional. Any questions during the building process are nicely answered by their realtor but when the house is done Mr. Vasut barely gave us the time of day for a walkthrough inspection. Was not understanding or remotely polite. Any issues since that are warranty covered have been met with downright hostility from Mrs. Vasut. Any time I’ve called about a fix or request she has been degrading, rude, and talked down to me for asking questions. The quality of the house is basic, but if you like being spoken to with just mutual respect then go somewhere else
