    build an addition and reno a bathroom
    $120

    Hired him to add an addition to our house and renovate a bathroom. Started the work and then had to hound him to come back -- spent the entire amount of money bid for both addition and bathroom and only got an unfinished addition -- hiring another contractor cost us an additional 25K over original bid and work had been done so poorly that could not be finished according to plans.
