Beware everyone! He is a scam artist and will sell you a bunch of work that he is not capable of doing. I have had crew after crew of contractors in here after throwing him out, because his work was so bad it had to be redone. I spent a lot of money for him to not fulfill his promises. He sat in the driveway all day while the people he has working for him destroyed my house, and he did nothing to correct it. We started the project on March 6th 2024 and I finally threw him out on October 28th. I had a promise of completion for June 24th. He refused to hire extra help, and also refuse to work more than 6 hours a day with a lunch break in the middle. He wouldn't come on a Saturday to catch up he just didn't care. I have crooked walls, chipped up tiles, battered floors, and these are the things that I can't fix. He installed my fireplace incorrectly and I had to have the entire thing redone or my house could have burnt down. I had a license electrician in here after him that had to redo most of his wiring due to incorrect procedure. Again was told my house could have burnt down. Don't make the same mistake I did, this guy will cause you nothing but grief. Higher a GC who promises to use licensed subs.
