I hired Veloz Contracting for foundation repairs on my pier and beam house, and it’s been a complete disappointment. Their team left the job half-finished, failing to install metal flashing and backfill dirt around the house as promised to prevent sinking. Every time I called to get them to come back and fix what their guys didn’t do right, I got excuses or no response at all. Now, just months later, I’m seeing new cracks and shifts in my foundation—clear signs the problem’s getting worse. Save yourself the headache and money; this company doesn’t stand by their work.
