They replaced our roof in 2009.
It leaked around the fireplace because they ran the shingles between the ridge and fireplace in the wrong directions. It was a slow leak that went undetected for four years causing drywall and mold problems.
The ice and water shield ended at the wall, not above, causing major icedams.
S17000 worth of damage (every room but one)
Jeremy did come back to fix the shingles by the fireplace, but in doing so he damaged all the shingles on the ridge.

My parents hired them to put new siding, Windows, and roof on their home. Al 3 have turned out to be nothing less than a disaster. The windows Jeremy picked out are worthless and their installation is even worse. The siding was not hung correctly and thank goodness my husband is handy, he was able to fix it PROPERLY. The roof leaks constantly and shock of shocks, Jeremy can never be reached to fix it. The chimney had the same issues as the other lady on here reported. He came out to fix it, but made it worse. Very poor workmanship and we are very disappointed, as we knew these guys personally and fully trusted their capabilities. We won't make that mistake again.
