We had them build us our covered screened in patio back in Oct. 2017 i called & emailed photos to Michelle about how the door has an opening on the top she totally ignored my emails & messages. Now that our rainy season has come upon us our roof LEAKS like crazy. So I called and the # is no longer in service so I called a 2nd # and I got a message the mailbox is full so I emailed Michelle and that email was returned back to undeliverable so I emailed customer service and I received the same return undeliverable.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they do not complete the job and will NOT return calls or emails. Who Know they could be out of business as far as I know and if so that could be a good thing for everyone and if they are still operating they need to run there business the right way.
