    To build under deck
    $2,500

    It’s the worst experience.
    He took our money in August 2018 to build our Underdeck, and he assigned a old guy who doesn’t know anything.
    The guy who ever worked was also not happy with Sanjay he left half way.
    The material and half finished deck still as it is since that day.
    I called him and texted him, if he return our money we can go with the colorectal contractor who does this kind of work.
    Sanjeev blocked my number and also in Face book and what’s app.

    Venkat Sanjeev and Goldstone built a home at 377 Bass Rd without any available sewerage hookup. He then ILLEGALLY requested to tie in to rental property at 397 Bass Rd managed by Chris Wray at Eberhardt and Barry. When that was not allowed he put white pvc pipe in the front yard of the property to handle the sewerage. Mr Sanjeev is the owner at Early Trails Daycare which was cited for MULTIPLE heath and safety code violations.
