Building codes have not caught up with these so-called green homes... that means your home is up to code and the warranty *might* cover issues UP TO code requirements, but as 1 example will not require *adequate* ventilation for the size and shape of your home.... adequate and proper ventilation is not required when buying a WI home.. Fact: WI is one of only 5 states with outdated and inadequate ventilation codes. ASK, any hvac company not tied to a builder.. Trying to get this company to stand by the quality they claim to produce is a game centered in corporate psycopathy full of ridiculous suggestions and straight up gaslighting. Ignorance of home buying and owning is truly bliss in a veridian home. Think about that the next time you read a raving review... check the BBB and watch for winter condensation and high humidity from your lack of proper ventilation... hopefully you checked your insulation yourself.
