    Whole house remodel and addition
    $260,000

    Walked off our job with it halfway done when we refused to agree to changes in contract terms. After many problems they wanted us to waive our right to speak with subcontractors and inspectors, waive our rights to warranty claims, pay in full for the entire project before any further work was done and destroy evidence we had collected of improperly performed work. Currently in litigation. I'd be very suspect of other positive reviews as I know of at least one other case being investigated by the NJ DCA. Do your homework better than I. Their office is a shared space, no equipment or assets are in the company name. They don't have multiple crews and the owner is a 20 something with suspect skills and no ethics.

    The better part of 2017 was spent remodeling our PA home that was in desperate need of updating. We ended up doing a full kitchen remodel, two full bathrooms, floor refinishing, drywall repair, complete interior painting, new lighting, fireplace refinishing, etc. We chose Verified Construction as the primary contractor and designer for the project and overall, our experience with Verified was excellent.

    Every single day since the remodel we have completely enjoyed our home. It's stunning! Previously it was nice-enough but outdated, and now it is modern and fantastic. If I had wanted a quick and cheap job, I would have chosen someone else. I am very happy with the work that was done, and my interactions with the team.
