By Chelley B.July 17, 2022addition of master bath and closet$490,007
Hired him in JUNE 2022 to add a master bathroom and closet.
Estimated time yo complete was 3 months.
As of JULY 2022 to date he has not finished the addition .
He appears to have walked off the job and has not paid all his employees or his vendors.
All project materials are coming from HOME DEPOT and are not the items selected nor as budgeted for in the contract,
The work was great in 2020 when it was done by skilled reputable sub contractors. However it was clear that in Dec 2020 something had changed.
Please see HOME ADVISER for recent reviews.
Current status : Due to damages undergoing an insurance claim
Working with the CITY of Washington Utah after he allowed the contract to expire.
He claims he is retiring and wants to MEDIATE or me to legally pursue him !!!Please feel free to contact me and or request photos of the subpar work and CODE issues.

Hired Jim Price in June 2022 to excavate our 150-foot driveway to lay new stone on the foundation, with dry-stacked rock lining both sides of driveway. Jim assured us that he would do the work properly while we were away, sending photos of his progress. Project should have taken two weeks, but instead is still not finished after 4.5 months! Jim asked for his first, second and third draws. Unfortunately we trusted him. Once paid, it was clear that the crooked rock walls, the irrigation work (pipes left open and water left running down a drain, not watering plants), was not going to happen. We are paying subcontractors to finish. Such a shame, as we trusted Jim. He talks a good talk, just doesn't do the actual work.
