In June of 2020, Vernon came out to do an estimate of a master bathroom project from a water leak. After many months of asking for quotes and start dates I was finally told that the project would start in NOVEMBER. I purchased everything at this point to redo the bathroom. The project did not start until the end of January. I had a vanity in my living room and bathtub in my bedroom, along with all the other fixtures and tiles just WAITING to be installed for MONTHS. They created a time frame and did not ahere to it, many times canceling after their due time of arrival. It was one promise after another with many excuses. Fast forward to the end of March; still not finished, still a vanity sitting in my living room. They finally take the vanity upstairs aggressively, damaging the walls, banister, and the VANITY! My brand new vanity now has dents and scratches all over it! They tell me they will fix it all, never to happen. They were finally given a time line and had the construction workers come in ONE last time to install the custom shower floor incorrectly. Needless to say, it's now July 2021, I still do not have a functional master bath. The tile work and shower floor have to be ripped out and redone. Nothing is secured, plumbing needs to be redone, painting needs to be redone. I have a broken hinge on the front door, paint on the carpets throughout the house, paint on the back deck, dents in walls and furniture. It's a complete mess and they walked away proud that they screwed me out of time and money. Vernon's license should be revoked, especially since he also refused to submit the paperwork for a permit when I filled out all of my information and ask him repeatedly for proof. Absolute worst business and I wish him anything BUT success.

My first and worst experience EVER working with a contractor! I was referred by V.B. to a contractor he said worked for him and does great work. LIES! I hired this man 7/13/2020 his employee abandoned the job six months later after receiving my money and NEVER returned! Job is raggedy very unprofessional and unfinished a year later and still have been given the run around. Definitely would not recommend this company nor his referrals EVER AGAIN ? They don't respond, don't answer or try to help resolve concerns. Pretty much a rip off!
