    Only two leaks after the last rain, that is down from the 10 right after the new roof. Guess my repairs helped.

    They messed up my 28 panel solar system and don't seem to want be involved in its repair. I would not recommend them. As noted above, they did not take out all the old lap screws as outlined in our agreement, that prevented the laps of the new panels from a tight fit to the old lap seams.

    This is a follow up from my last review in May 2018. Now, after a year and half since the roof was installed, I had several promises for repairs to correct the 10 roof leaks. I started to install missing screws. They were not missing just not installed. There were over 35 lbs of screws that the crew left. I can now assume that they were figured as part of the Retro-R kit. Anyway, I was told to stop putting in the missing screws. At this point, I got the leaks down to 3 from the 10 that they had created. After waiting several more weeks, I went ahead and finished installing the screws according to the Engineers Recommendations. About 10 days days ago we had a 5" wet snow. When this snow melted and puddled on the roof----NO LEAKS. A heavy rain would be a better test. Anyway, it now appears that I have stopped the 10 leaks.

    Last June I had Versatile roofing install ABC Retro-R roof on my shop building. They told me they were experienced on installing this type roofing. They were not the low bidder, but I picked them because of their high rating. I thought they did a good job, until the first rain. I went from 4 leaks with the old roof and am now up to 10+ and more to come. They did not follow the guidelines given by ABC. They now want to do a band-aid repair at my expense.
