  I loved working with Eric but it was always a back and forth thing between what his Real Estate Agent would allow and not allow (mind you, this is his mother). My pillars were never finished. I moved in June 2018. I got tired of calling. I love my home but there were things that were done sloppily. On my stairs it is extremely noticeable where they stapled the floors, it always looks like they are dirty (these were upgraded and we payed out of pocket (over 800 dollars), so I am disappointed in the amount of money I paid for it). I gave them enough time to come, but I haven't received a call back. Communication was extremely hard and we were stressed out when there were things we wanted to upgrade or to get in touch with JUST Eric. We even allowed two extra weeks after our move in date. It is probably difficult working with a bunch of different companies, but from my experience the ones Eric uses aren't always reliable. Especially the painting company. They never answered and when they did show up, the woman they sent didn't know what they were doing and they let my dog out. My dog was lost for over an hour.
  I don't know what painting company Eric used, but the first time they came out to paint my pillars, the guy came over 2 hours late. We were in contact with the Manager and he would say he was 30 minutes away (2 hours later). When we arrived he only had time to paint one pillar because as soon as he arrived he didn't even have paint with him? He was gone for another hour. I don't remember exactly how long it took for them to come back and paint the other one but it was several weeks. There were also things in my home that still needed touch up because they were left undone. The way they cover them up is extremely noticeable and they used an improper technique (in other words, I have circles on my walls). Eric was very helpful when my dog went missing. The only reason I am even writing about this painting company he used was because the ladies that came out the second time after I requested this company not to come back after the first time, one of the ladies was extremely rude to me in my own home! After they came into my home, left the door open and watched my dog run out. When I came home looking for my dog, they said "Yeah she ran out like 20 minutes ago, I thought you were okay with it." They send two other people because I told the ladies "Please finish your work and go." They gathered their things in that moment stating that I told them to leave my property. They sent two men after that. They were a lot nicer but when I asked if they could please paint my ONE pillar they said "It will match the other one, give it time, if it doesn't we will come back." They added two coats to one and while the other still has only one coat. I plan on completely remodeling the front of my porch.
  Eric is a very friendly person. I loved working with him. There was a lot of things he did do for us and for that I am grateful.
