I, too, had the worst experience with this pool installer. Jack the owner only accepted cash for the pool install. His team also left a mess of water bottles in my yard for me to clean up. In addition, we have a liner leak 3 months after the pool install. I had another company come to identify the leak, he said that the liner was not even installed properly, the bottom was all rippled. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need.

I, too, had the worst experience with this pool installer. I paid $50 to have them install my pool filter and they put the hoses on backwards. They also threw away the book and another part. I called them back to fix it. Jack, the owner, never showed up the day he was supposed to and came the next day. Jack didn't even realize the pool hoses were put on backwards. So he took apart the multi port only to crack a piece off. My brother, boyfriend and I fixed it ourselves. It took a few days. I would never recommend these guys. How can you say you are a pool installer when you cannot even put a filter in place properly.

I have had the worst experience with this pool installer. They did not complete the job, left about 6 yards of dirt around the pool, overcharged me for the installation of the pool, left a mess everyone, and never came back to hook up the filter or anything. I would never recommend them!!!!

From the moment we were in contact with Jack, he made sure that the process ran smoothly. Angel, John, and Mark were courteous and professional from the time they arrived and were wonderful to work with. They made the pool setup a breeze, and we're very happy with the work that they did. I can't say enough great things about Ally (the secretary/coordinator) as well. She helped us out immensely when we were in a time crunch, and was entirely lovely to work with. I would definitely recommend Vertical Horizon Pools for any install!
