I recommend asking for an Itemized list of parts before paying... I asked for a list of itemized parts list Justin installed after I Paid, his replay was "Miscellaneous Parts, Nothing more I can do". His Miscellaneous Parts seemed very high and his reply is unacceptable for an honest plumber. Also I recommend keeping track of his hours...
