I hired Vespas Cabinets to install one of my European kitchen for a customer of mine and it was a disaster!
Caesar the owner told me that he was professional and very skilled when it comes to install European cabinets but unfortunately I quickly started to receive phone calls and texts from my customer that was really disappointing with their work and communication.
Caesar would tell my customer that he will come back tomorrow at 8am but he wouldn't show up and wouldn't even care to let myself or my customer know, every time that I will call him about that around 10-11am to know what was going on, he would just tell me that he had to go to another jobsite or that he had to buy some material.
He installed the ceiling fillers with nails on a finish product, I had to replace some parts that he messed up cause of that, or simply because the parts were badly cut. Some of the toe kick were installed up side down, the corner fillers were installed with double tape and they fell on the floor a few weeks after the installation was done. They use some really long screws to secure the base cabinets on the wall and they manage to cut an electric cable cause of that. I had to pay an electrician to fix that and I had to hire someone else to fixe their mistakes.
Vespa Cabinets are the worst installer that I have ever tried and I have over 15 years of experience in this field.
