Absolutely horrible. The person that came to my house wasn't very friendly and not only did I get overcharged I felt like, but the work was sketchy at best. I tried to resolve this issue by calling the number and letting them know of my frustrations. I talked with Scott Thielen who I believe is the manager or owner and he was extremely unpleasant to chat with. If you want a service company that has poor customer service and will charge you an arm and a leg I would recommend Veteran Services.
