    Doug and Liz are exceptional people and plumbers. They are invested in their work and in helping others. The taught me the roots of my plumbing issue which a so appreciate. I will definitely call on them again if need be!

    It's hard to explain how passionate and knowledgeable Doug is about plumbing until you have a conversation with him. He is truly a professional who actually cares about delivering results to his customer. He helped me when I was in a bind with my water heater and no one else would help. He was generous, timely, responsive, and worked hard to solve my problem. Simply he is a superstar in the business and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

    This amazing company was an answer to prayer, and plumber #4 that I had out to my newly purchased home. Initially I called them for a 2nd opinion to the repairs that plumber #3 estimated. The Vetters identified a dangerous methane leak (that none of the 3 plumbers before mentioned) and capped it. Then they addressed the crazy plumbing done by DIY'ers before I bought this place and immediately fixed the washing machine draining into the shower so now it drains into the main! They also traced the toilet issues and assured me we can use it without concern. We will schedule the remaining repairs that aren't urgent. Vetter was an answer to prayer for us. They will be my go-to plumber for life and I have already recommended them to several friends! (One Oregon friend wants to know if they also have an Oregon license...) A huge recommendation for this company!

    Troy & Doug have been great. They do excellent work. I've had them do a couple of jobs for me. I couldn't ask for any one doing a better job for me . I would recommend them for anyone.

    2 seperate bath remodels, plumbing repairs at my house

    Doug has done plumbing jobs on my house more than once as he has earned my trust through his expertise and willingness to complete a job not taking shortcuts that would make his work inferior. When others have given me quotes and job outlines that were quick (and more expensive) I said NO and called the plumber who is not lazy and will take the time to do a better job - call Vetter - it really is better.

    Repair leak from upstairs bathroom and through ceiling & wall of downstairs bathroom

    I have been disappointed with most of the repair work and home improvement projects I have contracted out for in the past. However, my recent experience with Vetter Plumbing has renewed my faith in humanity and restored my hope that there are people out there who are not only extremely skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable, but who truly care about the quality of their work and the needs of their clients. Doug and Liz Vetter are an amazing team and with their partner, Troy Millard, believe and demonstrate there are always options for correcting a problem or tackling a project. Their work isn't completed until it is done to their very best ability and their clients' expectations. There is merit in being perfectionists like the Vetters, and we greatly appreciate their going above and beyond when we asked them to track down a leak and repair it. Though another company had to remove some flooring and subfloor to assess the damage, it was Liz and Doug who insisted on repairing the subfloor with their materials so Suzanne, my wife, could navigate across the bathroom floor safely in her wheelchair. When I was unable to remove a section of ceiling and part of a wall to locate the source of the leak, it was the Vetters who insisted they return after their day's scheduled work was completed to expertly remove the sheetrock, exposing the pipes, and repairing the leak that same night. I would definitely recommend Vetter Plumbing to others in need of honest, hard-working, and super nice professional plumbers. ~ Jim Bierlein
