Vh Improvement

The initial meeting went great. They arrived early and prepared to work. They were also super friendly. Once issues started happening that is when the lack in communication began.
-My door hardware holes were being predrilled without even asking where I would like them hung. They got to ten doors before I went in the kitchen. The holes were so low that the hardware would of hung below the trim.
-Doors were hung so they opened opposite way they should.
- A cabinet that arrived damaged (giving the benefit of doubt they did not drop it) was hung up. I noticed when opening the door it was cracked all the way up. How do you not see this. They installed the shelving so obviously it was ignored.
-Cabinet bases were installed in the wrong location.

I was not happy being this is a brand new kitchen. He could sense this and we discussed ordering all new door fronts (since I did not want to fill holes on new doors which was his other solution).
I left the kitchen they began working again. Half an hour or so it was quiet. I assumed they had left for lunch. An hour goes by, another hour goes by and that is when i realize they were not coming back. No word, just left. They packed up their tools also so I knew they most likely would not be back. I tried reaching them via email (how we always contacted each other) and no response. Then I had called from my house phone and he answered right away not knowing it was me of course since he did not know the number. Im sure there was no plan to return that day or any other (especially since the replacement doors were over $800)
... In the end I ordered 10 door replacements and took it out of the cabinet installation fee. An appointment was scheduled for them to come out. I missed a day of work to later find out he miss-scheduled the appointment and needed to reschedule.
Two new workers were sent out to complete the job. They were also prompt and friendly.
My fault I should of made them show me everything was level before paying them.
The new cabinet was hung to replace the damaged one. I later noticed it was off by 1/4 inch.
I have made many attempts to get a hold of him to correct this small issue. But Im sure since they received full payment I will not be hearing back from them. I was not going to leave this review since they were very friendly and I realize things happen (although this was many, many things) but now that they can not even find the time to reply I feel its necessary. I do not want others to go through this when there are so many company's to chose from.
While yes they were on time,friendly and constantly working I would not recommend them. Such simple mistakes made I feel should not be made($2,000 later and many hours). Now we will be rehanging the cabinet our self.
