  Victor's workers build a brick cylinder wall around my front lawn and cemented my curb. They did excellent work but, one of the concrete cylinder cap plate came off of the top of the cylinder brick wall near the grass. They glued one half of the plate on concrete and the other half no glue at all because they didn't put anything to put on the top of the grass to glue it onto. They needed to add more cement for the other half of the plate and then glue it. It was done incorrectly. I contacted Victor several times. He said he would send his workers back out to fix it but he never did. The last time I texted him he never responded. That's bad business. If you value your customers you should do all that you can to make them pleased and satisfied with your work. Because of something simple as this to just stop back by and fix it, Victor's dishonest response stands out like a sore thumb and it makes me think I can't trust him to do anymore work for me. I can't refer him to anyone because I don't want the same thing happening to my family and friends. I only refer honest and trustworthy companies that will look out for their customers!
