Do not hire him . He deliberately is not legitimately bidding a job . He charges by the day an exit exorbitante amount and then takes 4 hour breaks during the day . He literally bids a whole day work and then wastes the other hours going somewhere ? His helper does all the work .
He’s arrogant and not helpful . Bad attitude. This will all come back to work against him because he will NEVER get referrals . Be warned . Don’t hire him . -

I would NOT RECOMMEND this plumber to anyone. This is my story...
On Dec. 24, 2012, my 89 year old father contacted Victor, based on a recommendation from my brother. My father explained that there was a terrible smell coming from an area of the house, near a small 1/2 bathroom.
Victor told my father that there were deteriorating pipes under that bathroom which was leaking sewage under the house, causing the smell. Victor made a "proposal" to replace "leaking pipes" under the house (along with other work that he felt was necessary), in the tune of $10,000 +.
After a couple of weeks of work (never a full day, I might add), my father paid Victor over $6,000 for partial labor and parts. Victor told my dad that he had to rent equipment to perform some of the work. When asked to see receipts for equipment rented, Victor would not produce them.
We (the kids) began to wonder why the cost of this job was so high and had another plumber come to the house to verify the necessity of the proposal. When the second plumber went under the house, he found NO SIGNS of leaking pipes and the smell was getting worst.
To make a long story short, the second plumber found a dead possum under the house, which was the cause of the smell. You have to wonder, if any of the work done, was really necessary. To take advantage of an elderly man, is deplorable, especially when my dad placed his trust in a so-called "professional."
I rate this plumber MINUS 5 STARS!!!!!
