Replacement of roof went quite well. Getting warranty work done has been impossible. Called 3 times and left voicemail each time. Owner never listened to voicemail and always said "l missed s call from you." During last returned call, I expressed my frustration without cursing. The owner's husband got on the phone to threaten me and curse at me right from the beginning of his part of the conversation. THIS COMPANY SHOULDN'T CONTINUE TO BE IN BUSINESS.

Called them about a possible leak in my roof. Showed up without a ladder, promised to return later that day, never heard from them again. Called a few days later to see if they were coming back to finish the quote, got a bunch of excuses. Rude and inconsiderate on top of unreliable. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
