The two guys who did the work were great -- polite, friendly and quick. The "estimate" given ahead of time for a bunch of mostly small tasks included some trouble shooting and tracing was high, but reasonable given it might take them a full day. The actual work was done in about four hours and some of the issues were resolved when other tasks on the list were completed. I expected the "estimate" to be revised accordingly, but they charged me the full amount. If that was a set price ahead of time, they should have told me that.
