This company was hired by KB homes to do all plumbing work in new housing. I bought a KB home back in 2020 brand new. Within 4 months, a pipe exploded in the wall which caused serious damage. KB homes has a 2 year warranty and they came in and fixed everything. Fast forward 2 years later, my 2 year warranty barely expired (of course) and another pipe blew in the wall. I called another plumbing company with 5 star reviews and they came and told me that Victory plumbing did not install a 90 degree plastic angle into the pex properly which caused another flood of the whole first floor. Don't call these people for any work. They take no pride in their work and their work is shoddy. Now I have a house where the whole first floor is unlivable and this is going past a month now.
