    They got my money and ran. Now I can not get them to answer emails or calls. I like the product but there customer service SUCKS! I sadly referred a friend not only have I not received the referral bonus that I was supposed to but his experience has been the same as mine and now he is calling me about questions with his system. I was promised the world before we signed and received NOTHING after. So far the NEW ownership has changed nothing they sent out an email about how thing would change and please give them some time to get thing handled well that was a couple of moths ago and still nothing has changed. Yes I would still purchase solar but just not with this company.

    My wife and I decided to get solar panels installed this past year, and this is one of the best investments we have ever made! I highly recommend going solar if you haven’t already. I save over $100 on my utility every month. And now my payments go towards paying for my solar system instead of paying the utility company. Not to mention the money you save with the 30% tax credit and local and government rebates (savings that may not be so obvious). So was going solar worth it? Yes, it 100% was! A friend had recommended Victory Solar, because they also worked on her house. It’s been 8 months and so far no complaints and everything works perfectly fine! I recommend using Victory Solar! Ask for Mike, he’s great.

    We live in a residential home and had a solar panel system installed this past year. Compared to other solar panel companies, we felt the most comfortable with Victory Solar after meeting Mike. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job, and we could tell right away that he was very experienced in the solar energy field. Installation was fast, and I love seeing how much money I save every month without doing any work! I’ve been telling all my friends and family about going solar, and all the benefits about it. He answered all my questions and their pricing was the lowest among a few other companies! Installation was quick and easy, and done very professionally. 1 year later, our solar panels are in perfect condition and I'm saving so much money on my utility bill every year! I am 100% satisfied with my purchase, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to save money and make a difference in this world!!

    Victory Solar is an excellent company. They were the last solar company to bring me a quote. I chose them because they had the most competitive prices and they explained the whole process of permitting, system installation, and pricing very thoroughly. Then, subsequently they were excellent in all other aspects: communication, installation, inspection, professionalism, customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone. The process may take a while to be completed, especially if you get started during peak season, but at least you will always know where you stand.
