Justin replaced my old furnace and central air conditioner with a new Lennox furnace and central air conditioner. His customer service and work was tremendous, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend contacting Justin Vierling for your hvac needs! I purchased a home with a quirky furnace and an inoperable air exchanger. He not only tracked down & repaired my furnace issues and made the air exchanger operable but taught me so much about these systems & their maintenance along the way. I am beyond grateful to have found someone who truly cares about his customers, has great follow-through and communication skills!

I’ve had Justin as my HVAC person for about seven or eight years now. He’s always been able to help me out and most recently changed out a part on my furnace that was very hard to find because my furnace is older.

In August 2025, Justin came out to quote and install a new Carrier AC and Heating system in our house. The old system had seen its time (21 years) and the AC had failed. He gave us a number of options for a new system, and gave us an honest opinion of what to get (spoiler alert: not the most expensive option). We had some work to do to level the AC pad outside the house, so Justin was able to remove the old unit, give us time to level the pad, and then come back and install the new system. He did an amazing job, left no mess, and also educated us about the air exchange system that we did not know how to use (previously installed) as well as how to use that system this winter. We would absolutely recommend Justin to anyone’s consideration.

Last fall I had Vierling heating and air-conditioning replace my furnace and air conditioner with a carrier unit. I was extremely pleased with the work that he did at a significantly less cost than the cost of what I was quoted by another heating and air-conditioning company. He was very professional and did a great job, cleaned up everything nice when he left and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this company. I would give him a five star review would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Fantastic company! We have used Justin on two separate occasions to replace our furnace and air conditioning systems in two different homes. This recent job was excellent. Justin’s professionalism and attention to detail were very much appreciated and the installation looks great! We would recommend Justin to anyone looking for great service at a fair price.

I paid Justin $3,985.00 to install a brand new Lennox. This unit stopped working 6 hours after it was installed. We are going on two weeks of finger pointing between him and Lennox. Lennox will not take the unit back, instead they want me to wait for a part THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE AVAILABLE, and are not sure when it will be available. Absolute mess!! Do not use Justin under any circumstances! He refuses to reimburse me for this heater and is spineless with getting Lennox to get me this part ASAP!
It’s mid April and lows are in the 20s...he has 4K of my money in the bank and we’re freezing our asses of!

My air-conditioning unit needs to be replaced. American Home Shield sent Justin. Justin said he could repair the unit but didn't know if it was covered under the home warranty so he left and claimed he would respond back to us the following day. Before Justin left he made remarks that could be viewed as racist towards Philipinos because American Home Shield is based out of the Philippines. The next day Justin told AHS he wasn't able to access the air-conditioning unit to replace the evaporative coils unless I demolished a portion of my house, this is a blatant lie. Justin refuses to respond to voicemail or phone calls. Justin lied and AHS refuses to replace my air-conditioning unit because they claim they can technically fix the problem if I destroy a wall of my house. AHS wants me to spend $10,000 in construction work for them to replace evaporative coils in an AC unit that sits 12" away from my house. Avoid this company.

I first worked with Justin when my home warranty suggested him. He was initially very friendly and knowledgeable in the first job. I called direct two separate times after the insurance call for different issue with my heating/cooling. Both times he didn’t show when he said he would and didn’t let me know he wasn’t coming until I had reached out to him well after his scheduled time. He then ignored me for days when I would try to reschedule. When I would finally get in touch he would give me the same excuse both times about being ill. He has very poor communication skills and a lack of customer service skills as well. I would never recommend him to anyone. Save yourself the headache.

Justin was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond assessing our heating system and as new homeowners, he provided us some precious tips. I would recommend him and/or hire him.
