Jack and his team is very talented and listen to their clients needs. I use him for personal work and refer him to my RE Clients. He is very trust worthy and works very hard at making his customers happy.

Don't know Jack, but tried working with a member of his team and he proved to be really unreliable. Slow at calling back, always an excuse for not having stuff done, never received estimate paperwork needed for bank loan. Obviously doesn't seem to be interested in having a potential client for major home improvement if he can't even handle getting a simple estimate returned on time.
