Viga carpentry built my house in 2014, I had windows leaks right after. I kept calling him to ask him to repair, he first ignored my calls. Vinicius started his career in installing windows. Problems kept occurring I kept trying to repairs my walls. After a few years, I contacted him again threatened to sue him if my issues were not fixed. Mold started to occur which created health issues for me and my family. End of 2020 He finally came back to meet my consultant that showed him clearly that there was a installation issue. He kept arguing that the problem was the windows and PGT. I spend 2 months calling PGT every day , they were very unresponsive and with the worst customer service ever. After reaching with all top management at PGT they suggested that I call a company to perform a diagnostic. I called the window company that they suggested, the result came: window bad installation. I called Viga Carpentry that postponed and postponed their " supposed intervention" inventing reasons not to come. Till today where I took the decision to sue him.
