Viggo's guys did a satisfactory job on our cement steps that lead to the front porch of our pier and beam home. The steps had unattached from the porch and dropped more than 6 inches. All of that was removed and the new steps were attached properly to the porch.
I was happy with the job done for us as well as the cost for the work done. Pam Wood, Garland, Texas March 2014

Vigo Ulrich installed a concrete patio for me, it was one problem after the other, and I am now stuck with an expensive eyesore.
I specified and paid for a 12-inch border but Ulrich mistakenly installed a 6-inch border, He never offered to fix or compensate me for their mistake, He never even apologized, all He said was ‘I 'wonder how that could have happened’. When Ulrich’s Crew tried to correct the sharp fins that they created during the stamping process, they put huge gouges into the finish because they used dry wall tools instead of masonry tools. When they applied anti-slip, they applied it unevenly causing white blotches. There were many other problems with the work but the worst was the cracking which appeared less than 2 months after installation.
No control joints were placed anywhere in the large area of concreate, although I had been told some would be. This lack of control joints helped caused a great deal of irregular cracking. Right after the job was poured and still curing, I asked Vigo Ulrich about the lack of control joints, he smugly laughed at me and said that ‘this concrete won't crack, and even if it does It will just follow the pattern of the stamping.’ Well, it cracked all over and didn't follow the stamping pattern. I understand up a few cracks would be normal but the number of cracks within 2 months was unacceptable and a sign of substandard work. No corrective solutions were offered or compensation for such substandard work.
