Norm (and his crew) was great to work with. He constantly stayed in touch with me on the project. I'm in a new area and wanted a patio with walk way from front of house to back. I requested different slanting and wider areas through the project. I was concerned (because of my height and age) about the standard size/spacing of the steps. He surprised me with an extra step that made them less high, which was great! He also made recommendations & made PVC fixtures to downspouts that would take water flow further from house. I did have a couple changes as the project was being performed and Norm was not only tolerant of me, but maintained professionalism, friendliness and totally accommodating to my questions/concerns. If I have any concrete issues in the future, I would hire Norm/Vigil's Concrete!! Exceptional!
