Horrible, leaking roof vent and he won’t repair after 17 months of ownership. With the perfectly round stain on ceiling suggest slow dripping leak probably been leaking the entire time. Had to repaint at 7 months, cost me out of my pocket for outside paint. Nothing matched due to horrible painters. Mismatched counter tops in laundry at a seam. Took 15 months to do 30 day punch list. Still never completed punch list. Buyer beware.

Horrific experience. 26 months later and punch list still incomplete. Front French doors made with warped wood still not replaced; windows not sealed properly allowed for moisture intrusion / mold growth throughout home. Hardwood replaced and stained wrong color, interior paint job can be compared to that of a Section 8 apartment, exterior crack in stucco looks like large rectangular bandaid on front of home, ceramic tile improperly installed, dryer vent improperly installed, fence falling apart since before closing, 5-speaker AV-receiver improperly wired to a 9-speaker surround sound system. Nic Viguerie, Viguerie Homes, LLC has refused to complete repairs, replacements and reimbursement for defects in home and substandard workmanship... and the list goes on. This is a new construction home that was on the 2022 Parade of Homes in Baton Rouge and used for marking of the Pointe-Marie subdivision near L'Auberge Casino. DO NOT use or trust this builder.
