First of all contractor came to home 45 mins late past agreed time without calling to say they were running late or anything. Secondly they tried to charge under the table for repair services that were supposed to be included in home warranty charge. Thirdly they promise quick communication but then never call back and even fail to respond to communications sent to them about screws/hardware being leftover after putting the AC system back together. You obviously didnt put the AC system back together correctly after looking at it, because I have screws in my hand that should have gone back in place. Absolutely useless. Now I have to open my own system and try and find where these go. If you want to pay someone to come and look at your system and then tell you its bad and needs replacing, without actually repairing anything or doing repairs of any kind, then call these guys up ?
Response from Villa Home Services LLC November 16, 2022hello, we are sorry you feel this way. unfortunately, we as a service provider and not a direct employee to your home warranty company villa home services would not have known if the service you needed was covered, we did advise you on the possible charge if not covered which is why we did not do the work that instant, we needed to send in the diagnosis to the warranty company. Your home ac system definitely needs replacement based on what was seen and our professional opinion after seeing all the rusted coils and mildew in the system along with the pvc condensation line. this was all noted and sent to your warranty company, and they were not able to cover replacement only clog drain line which was not clogged but we believe it was damage and you will continue to have the same issue. as for the screws, we did inspect system to make sure all screws were in place, screws that you found did not go in the system but elsewhere.

I highly recommend Villa Home Services, LLC. Excellent service. Very happy with the end result. Knowledgeable and fair, they came through during intense heat when the AC was needed the most. Gave an accurate diagnosis and options for dealing with the problem. Gave detailed explanations. Answered all questions. When I opted for a new HVAC system, they set it up the very next day and worked into the evening to get it done. I found them to be fairly priced. Excellent communication every step of the way, from the cheerful, efficient office manager to the skilled technician and main boss who provided excellent leadership both in the business part of his job as well as his skill.
I received immediate follow up calls from all three. All were polite, professional, and respectful. I also appreciated their patience and flexibility while my bank helped me make arrangements for the payment the next day, which they deserved and earned. I plan to use their service again in he future. Thank you Villa Home Services LLC staff!
