We got a quote to have our house painted from Dave and Jill. They painted one room and scheduled to come back to finish the rest of the house. Soon after they postponed due to an injury. Instead of finding another painter we waited over a month until they were ready to complete the job. However, less than a week before they were scheduled, they had another delay. When asked if they would be able to complete the job Jill said they could only do part of it. She didn't even have the right information regarding paint color and the rooms we were painting. We tried to make it easier in order to allow them to complete the job at one time, but instead of re-scheduling Jill flat out said they weren't going to be able to do the job at all, without any reasoning. When we asked for clarification stating that we could accommodate their schedule with the delay, she responded with a repeat of the message she'd already sent. We were left scrambling to find new painters on a job that should have been completed months ago. We'd had a written quote and paid for partial performance on the job. They left us high and dry. They didn't even have the courtesy to call us. It was all done via text. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are not even worth the one star that this website requires me to give them.
