We hired villagi homes to build a custom home. From day one the project has been beset with misinformation, lies and delays. We have been in the project for 1 yr already and all we have is a hole in the ground. Kristi is unreliable, a poor communicator and doesn't deliver. I do not recommend this builder.

Our experience has been the complete opposite of the above 1 star review. We have been treated like family and with the utmost attention. It doesn't seem Like Kristi could treat someone any other way as she goes above and beyond to appease our every request. Our custom home is amazing and did take time as do all custom homes. From changes to unforeseen problems they were all handled accordingly and with us in mind. We have recommended Villagi homes to multiple friends and they feel the same way we do. I would build again with confidence and trust that the experience would be just as good or better.
