EVERYONE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS THIEF!
Well to make a long story short. I am super upset at this contractor. We gave him $2,125 total. All in 3 separate days..same stories as the other reviews.Took our money even knowing we have a disabled child at home in the heat.He didn't care and now it's been almost 4 weeks and still hasn't returned our calls or returned our money. The sad part is that the police won't do anything and he keeps taking people's money.
Oh and he also took our old inside/outside units!
Please DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY PLEASE! HE IS A THIEF!

I hired this guy to install an outside AC unit. He said it was a new unit so he would need at leat $350 down payment and I could give him the rest after he finished the job. So after I gave him the money he asked me when I wanted to have it installed. I told him next day around mid-day. Well I waited all day and he didnt show up. I called him and he said that he was still working at another clients house and he would install my unit tomorrow. Well guess what, it was the same story day after day. Me being a woman living alone he thought I was stupid and he could rip me off. Maybe about a week into this situation he would not even answer my calls. I would call him from other phones and he would answer because he did not know who it was. I asked him to give me my money back because it was obvious he was just trying to take my money. Same story with my money. He would say he would refund my money that same day and "work always got in his way". It was about another week with the money issue. Thing he didnt know was that I recorded his calls in case I had to take this dude to court. After that, I investigated where his house is by doing research online. He in fact does live in 8331 Grovecrest, Dallas, TX 75217. So when I drove by his house to confirm that it was actually his house I think he must have seen me drive by because next day he called and said that he was ready to give me back my money. He deposited my money back to my account because he was such a coward to do it face to face. If anyone reading this ever needs to find him go to the address I mentioned. If he happens to not live there anymore go to the Balch Springs Home Depot were he often shops. Thats where I used to work and would see him often buying material. He also leaves his buisness cards around the plumbing section you might find them there. I would throw them away whenever I would see his cards because he is obviously not a professional nor licensed. Sad thing is that he takes his two sons to work with him because he is "teaching them" the buisness. Sad that he is teaching his own kids how to earn money by cheating innocent, hard working people for their money. This guy will talk to you all friendly in the beginning but take my advice people DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

Juan took my money to install a complete system on a rental property. He installed the inside unit so the tenant had heat and said he would have to charge the unit when it was warmer. The tenant called and needed the a/c working and juan went out to charge it. Juan texted and said my tenant stole the unit and put a new one on a third story roof. I did not believe Juan and called a reputable contractor that took pictures of my old unit with the copper lines cut and wire cut. He repaired my old unit and got it working. He also refused to give out warranty information and his license when requested. His license is not on his invoice or truck so I'm sure he is installing questionable equipment without a warranty!
was warmer. He then said he installed it after
the tenant complained about needing a/c.
