Val did some minor repair on my roof. He fixed the leak. However, he advised me to seal a different area where my old swamp cooler was removed. I had him do the extra work. I later noticed a small leak in the same area. I do not know what caused it. I called Val and he showed up to take a brief look. He said he would be back to investigate the leak and repair as necessay, but never returned.to investigate the leak which might be under warranty. I left messages and text him, but he never got back to me. I am still waiting and it has been over one and a half months.

This contractor made an appointment with me to give me a quote and then never showed up. When I tried to reach him, he ignored my call. When I emailed him the following day about the unprofessional behavior, he indicated that he had more important work to do than to contact me. DO NOT USE HIM

We notified Mr. Villa to take a look at it. He replied to our first message stating that he would but has yet to show up or reply to any of our other messages.
