Hired this plumber to install a flow regulator as water pressure was 140. Told Jose Villegas I wanted pressure to be 80. He said he would get a regulator that would allow for 80 and would be adjustable. After he installed regulator, I told him I wanted to see what pressure was at. It registered 50. At that point he said he installed the standard regulator.
