I can't sing loudly enough praises for Viner Building. My experience with Fred and Jeff Viner could not have been more positive in every regard and we are thrilled with the result. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had an architect who had done a major revision for us in our former home work up plans for the renovation, which included our kitchen, dining area, living room, all of which we basically gutted, and building a room downstairs out of a basically undeveloped space. While we used the drawings, Fred and Jeff would very respectfully come to us with an idea they might have had for a possible improvement, all of which were excellent ideas. They are very current in their thinking and recommended an excellent kitchen designer to help us select materials and plot out the space. She was wonderful as well and we love our kitchen. Fred and Jeff were extremely mindful of the time and expense of the project and, remarkably, came in almost right on target in both cases, with the addition in expenses either due to changes/updates we made to the plans or minor things like the unexpected need for a particular type of gas insert for the fireplace. They were ever thoughtful of our needs as we were living in the house throughout the renovation process. In all, it was a remarkably positive experience and outcome and I recommend them without a moment's hesitation.
