This company has claimed to represent us for a roofing job and other hurricane related repairs on January 9th; managed to get a direct payment from our home insurance company of over $24,000; has since been non-communicative; and after a physical meeting with the owner to express our concerns has not acted any further. We've waited close to three months for action and are having to effect some needed home improvements with our charge cards and feel we are being taken advantage of. Since the company has not followed through are contacting news media and any business affiliated sites to bring our situation to widespread attention to get this resolved to our satisfaction.
