Joe was so organized with his quality collection of subs. Joe had each stage of our house completing and progressing at a rapid pace. Joe worked hard to keep us within our budget and we also ended up getting a whole lot more quality and durability without going over his original overall bid price. We recommend Joe Zadwick to anyone looking for a contractor that aims to be there for you as well as make your dream house a reality!! Thanks Joe!!

very good contractor did what he said
We talked with a lot of contractors, including the huge developers. We were so turned off by how much you couldn't vary from their master plans. Not just that, but it seemed frustrating that you'd be working with the receptionist and not the guy in charge most of the time. We took our time and ended up picking out a favorite home. We met the owners of this home which was just as incredible inside as outside. They gave us their builder's information, Joe Zadwick with Vintage and Custom Homes Inc, and said they still have dinner with him often. I've never heard of such a great recommendation! We saw his work and got a lengthy tour covering everything from his incredible work insulating the attic to keep bills low then also heard what a stand up guy he is to work with and be friends with. We met with Joe and were sold immediately. He believes in building a solid home that is going to last and worked so well with our extremely small budget to get there. I couldn't recommend him more. Our home has now been featured in Houzz and The Dallas Morning News. Good work Joe!
