Edward and his team are great. We have had him do several projects in our condo and his team have done a great job on all of them. Edward is easy to work with and highly flexible. His team are well skilled at plumbing, electrical, tiling and general construction. The only area of improvement could be in some of the fine finishing details, but this has also improved over time. Edward is definitely the first person I call on for any of my home project needs.

Communication is a significant issue. Needed to repeat and/or put things in writing for the contractor. He would indicate he understood and either was ignoring what was discussed or he did not understand. Putting cabinetry up or items that were pre-made was done well. We were told that contractors receive a 10% discount and this would be passed on to us; only to find out that the standard for contractors is 20% as told to us by several others. Watch your statements as adjustments were made to prior journal entries without much explanation resulting is significant misunderstandings. Unlike other contractors he complains about picking items for the house up from the stores. Most contractors will offer several choices of say fixtures when one is not in stock and have the customer select. This contractor would say go to website and pick one.There was a damaged appliance that had to be replaced at our expense. His finishing skills for custom woodwork and flooring is below average compared to the numerous contractors that we have worked with. Overall experience was less that optimal. We should have spent more time interviewing and checking his references. Bottom line, first and last time we would use this contractor. Very disappointed in the quality of the work.
